1. Cancellation Policy.
Guests have the right to cancel their reservation 5 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made 5 days or less in advance will be charged a 1 day penalty.
2. The guest checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Minors can only check in the hotel if accompanied by their parents, legal representatives or a notarised power of attorney.
3. Check-in time – 14.00, check-out time – 12.00 local time.
4. If rooms are available, we can provide guaranteed early check-in or late check-out.
Cost:
– early check-in at the rate of 50% of the cost of the first night;
– late check-out from 12.00 to 23.00 – payment of 50% of the cost of the last day,
– late check-out after 23.00 – 100% of the cost of the last day.
5. It is strictly forbidden:
– giving keys or giving the number of the guest room to unregistered persons;
– accommodation with animals;
– smoking in the room, as well as in the whole hotel (additional fee for cleaning of the room in which smoked – 5000 rubles);
– disturb guests from other rooms.
