1. Cancellation policy.
There are 2 rates in our hotel:
– When booking at a rate with a free cancellation, the guest has the right to cancel his reservation for 5 days without penalty. If canceled in 5 days or less, a penalty will be charged in the amount of 1 day.
– When booking at a non-refundable rate, the cost of the entire reservation can be withheld at any time. Payment is not refundable.
2. The guest who is checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years old. Minor citizens can be checked into the hotel only accompanied by their parents, legal representatives or by notarized power of attorney.
3. Check-in time is 14.00, check-out time is 12.00 local time.
4. Early check-in until 14.00 – free of charge, subject to availability on the day of arrival,
guaranteed early check-in is paid 50% of the cost of the first day;
– late check-out from 12.00 to 23.00 – payment of 50% of the cost of the last day,
– Late check out after 23.00 – 100% of the cost of the day.
5. For safe storage of your valuables, use a safe.
6. It is strictly forbidden:
– give keys or give the guest room number to unregistered persons
– accommodation with animals
– smoking in the room, as in the whole hotel (additional fee for cleaning the room in which smoked – 5000 rubles)
– disturb guests from other rooms.
7. Breakfast is served in the Coffee and breakfast restaurant (Malaya Sadovaya St. 3/54) from 8:00 to 12:00. If you are staying with children under 12 years old, then they are accommodated for free, but breakfast will need to be paid extra.
8. For foreign citizens, we provide visa support and registration.
