How does the check-in happen?
After the booking,wee will send you detailed instructions and the telephone number of the adminstrator who will check you in.You can choose the self-check-in/ Just phone us when you will be nearby.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, if you arrive before check-in time or your train / plane is much later than check-out time, you can leave your things with us for free and pick them up at a convenient time for you. The on-site employee will instruct you on how to do this.
Is it possible to book certain apartments?
Within each category of apartments, we have presented different designs. And when you booking, we can guarantee only a category, not a specific design. But, if you really liked a certain design, then you can leave a wish, and we will try very hard to fulfill it.
Where I can park my car? Is there any parking?
Free parking is available for our guests in the surrounding area. For more information, please contact the administrator.
Can I live with pets?
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. We have hypoallergenic apartments where pets are not allowed and apartments that we are happy to provide for guests with pets.
What are the possible payment methods?
On the site you can pay online for your stay in a way convenient for you, or we can send you an invoice for payment by bank transfer. When paying at the property, the calculation is made in cash.
